  • 2 heaping tsp. baking powder
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Stir in eggs, corn and milk.

    Drop by tablespoonfuls into deep hot oil (375°). Fry until golden brown, turning once.

    Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with honey.
