  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained (save juice)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • milk plus juice to make 1 c.

Directions
