- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 large (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add milk and sifted dry ingredients, butter and corn.

3Beat until well mixed.

4Drop by spoonful into a hot, deep fryer.

5Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

6Serve with warm maple syrup.

7Makes 18 large or 24 small fritters.
