- 1 large (10 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.

2Combine eggs, milk and corn.

3Add to dry ingredients.

4Stir until moist. Drop batter by teaspoon into hot 375° fat to deep fry 2 to 3 minutes each side.

5Drain on paper towel.
