  • 1 large (10 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.

    Combine eggs, milk and corn.

    Add to dry ingredients.

    Stir until moist. Drop batter by teaspoon into hot 375° fat to deep fry 2 to 3 minutes each side.

    Drain on paper towel.
