  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. pancake mix
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn

Directions

    Beat egg yolks slightly.

    Stir in the pancake mix and corn. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    By large spoonfuls, fry in deep fat (350° to 370°) until golden brown, or fry in frypan until golden brown.
