  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 egg (separated)
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

    Place flour, corn, milk and egg yolk in a bowl and mix together.

    Beat egg white until stiff and add to mixture.

    Place spoonfuls into hot oil for a few minutes.
