  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups corn kernels

    Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.

    Stir in eggs and milk until the dry ingredients have been moistened.

    (Will be lumpy).

    Fold in corn.

    Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto a pan on medium heat (in about a Tbsp of butter) and fry until golden brown and firm.
