- 1 can (12 oz.) corn with sweet peppers
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Beat egg in a large bowl.

2Stir in milk, can of corn with sweet peppers and 1 tbsp.

4Add and beat in flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

5Drop tbsp.

6of the mixture into deep or shallow hot oil heated to 375F.

7Fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

8Drain on paper towels.

9Serve hot.

10If desired, serve with a syrup.
