- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat egg yolks well; add milk and then sifted dry ingredients and the melted butter.

2Add the well drained corn and drop by spoonfuls into deep 375° fat and fry until golden brown.

3Drain on paper towels and serve hot with maple syrup.
