- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Use fresh corn, cooked or raw.

2Slice down the center of each row of kernels and with flat of knife, squeeze out the pulp.

3Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

4Drop onto hot frying pan or griddle with a tablespoon.

5Brown fritters on both sides.
