  • 16 ounces white shoepeg corn (frozen)
  • 18 cup butter
  • 12 tablespoon flour
  • 12 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 14 cup onion (diced)
  • 18 cup celery (diced)
  • 14 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 14 cup fresh tomato (diced)
  • 14 cup green onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 12 tablespoon oregano
  • 12 tablespoon basil
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    In a large skillet, melt butter and add flour, stirring until a paste forms.

    Add garlic,onions,celery and bell pepper.

    Saute until tender.

    Stir in tomatoes,corn, garlic, oregano and basil.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Garnish with green onions and parsley.
