- 16 ounces white shoepeg corn (frozen)
- 18 cup butter
- 12 tablespoon flour
- 12 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 14 cup onion (diced)
- 18 cup celery (diced)
- 14 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 14 cup fresh tomato (diced)
- 14 cup green onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 12 tablespoon oregano
- 12 tablespoon basil
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter and add flour, stirring until a paste forms.

2Add garlic,onions,celery and bell pepper.

3Saute until tender.

4Stir in tomatoes,corn, garlic, oregano and basil.

5Simmer for 10 minutes.Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Garnish with green onions and parsley.
