- 1 c. corn meal
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 Parmesan cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook corn meal.

2Turn cooked corn meal into greased 2-quart casserole.

3Level top of corn meal with spoon.

4Melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms 3 minutes.

5Add tomato sauce and stir. Pour over cooked corn meal.

6Sprinkle with cheese and pepper. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
