- mustard greens
- 1 1/2 c. plain meal
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- water
Directions

1Cook mustard greens with salt and oil to taste.

2Boil in plenty of water.

3Mix dry ingredients well.

4Stir in egg and onion.

5Add enough water to make a stiff dough.

6Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into boiling green liquid and cook slowly for about 15 minutes. Serve with pork roast and the greens.
