  • 1 c. cold water

Directions

    Heat 3 c. water to boiling in saucepan.

    Mix 1 c. cornmeal and 1 tsp. salt with 1 c. cold water.

    Pour into the boiling water, stirring constantly.

    Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
