- 2 c. corn meal
- 3 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cold water
Directions

1Mix in pitcher or pan to pour.

2Pour corn meal mixture into 6 cups boiling water slowly, stirring constantly.

3Cook until thickened.

4Cover; continue cooking over low heat 5 minutes.

5Pour into loaf pans.

6Refrigerate.

7Slice, roll in flour and fry in butter or shortening (use high heat).
