- 1 c. corn meal
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Bring water to a boil; add salt and corn meal.

2Stir as you are adding corn meal with a wire whip.

3Cook for 10 to 15 minutes (add more water for thinner mush).

4Serve with milk and sugar or honey.

5Pour leftover mush in pan and let set overnight.

6Slice and fry mush.

7Serve with butter and syrup.
