- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 c. cold water
- 3 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large saucepan, boil 3 cups water and salt. In small bowl, mix corn meal and cold water.

2Gradually stir corn meal mixture into salted boiling water; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Cover and continue cooking on low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Serve hot with milk and sugar.

5Yield: 6 servings.
