- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. light cream
Directions

1Blend first 3 ingredients; add egg yolks, vanilla, cream and corn meal.

2Sprinkle 1 cup pecans or coconut.

3Add lightly beaten egg whites and blend.

4Pour into 9-inch pie crust and bake 35 minutes at 350°.
