  • 1 (6 ounce) can green chili peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon basil
