  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Mix and sift dry ingredients; add the milk gradually, then the egg, well beaten, and the melted butter.
