- 1 (No. 303) cream-style golden corn
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. double-acting baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.

2Blend beaten egg, corn and melted butter or margarine.

3Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir only enough to moisten the flour.

4Do not beat.

5Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.

6Bake in a preheated hot oven at 425° for 20 minutes.

7Makes 12 muffins.
