  • 1 pkg. noodles, cooked and drained (5 oz.)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 1 stick margarine, melted (reserve 2 Tbsp.)

Directions

    Soak a clay pot in water overnight.

    When ready to cook, place the corn in the clay pot.

    Sprinkle lightly with salt and bake tightly covered for 30 minutes in 450° oven.

    Before serving cover with melted butter.
