Corn Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Creamed Corn
  • 1 can (15 oz. size) Whole Kernel Corn, Undrained
  • 1 cup Uncooked Pasta Of Your Choice
  • 8 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
  • 1/2 sticks Butter, Cubed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Cover the dish with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven and stir. Then continue cooking covered for the remaining 40 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

    When doubling the receipe, I add another 10 minutes of cooking time.

    This dish is great with rotiserre chicken added.

    I like to double this receipe for potlucks or when we have company over. This is a quick receipe to throw together and is one of my kids favorites.
