- 12 ears fresh corn in husks
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pull back husks from corn.

2(Do not remove.)

3Remove silks. Rub corn with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Pull husks over corn and tie the top with heavy string.

5Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

6Remove strings and serve.
