- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 2/3 c. kernel corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. sifted flour
- bacon or sausage
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until light.

2Mix in corn, salt, pepper and flour.

3Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into corn mixture. Fry in bacon fat (or butter/oil) until golden.

4Turn and do other side.

5Serves 4 to 5 people.
