- 6 skinned and deboned chicken breasts
- 2 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 large bottle spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag dumplings or egg noodles
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In a large, heavy skillet, heat oil on medium heat.

2Dip chicken in beaten egg.

3Roll in bread crumbs.

4Fry in hot oil over medium heat for 15 minutes, until golden brown.

5Drain on paper towels.

6Lay chicken in buttered casserole dish.

7Cover with cheese, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.

8Bake 15 minutes at 375° to melt cheese and heat spaghetti sauce.

9Serve over noodles cooked according to package directions.
