  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Whip eggs thoroughly in bowl.

    Add sugar, flour, milk, margarine, salt and pepper.

    Stir in corn.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Set dish in pan of water about 2 inches deep.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when tested.

    You also may use fresh or frozen corn.
