- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Whip eggs thoroughly in bowl.

2Add sugar, flour, milk, margarine, salt and pepper.

3Stir in corn.

4Pour into buttered casserole.

5Set dish in pan of water about 2 inches deep.

6Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when tested.

7You also may use fresh or frozen corn.
