- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker sour cream and chive potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 3 c. milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 3 to 4 drops red pepper sauce
Directions

1Heat margarine in saucepan until melted.

2Stir in onion and cook until tender.

3Stir in package potatoes with sauce mix, water and milk.

4Heat to boiling, stir frequently.

5Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until potatoes are tender (20 to 25 minutes).

6Stir in corn with liquid, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce.

7Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes more.

8Recipe can be doubled, just as good the next day reheated.
