- 2 diced carrots
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) bag corn
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 qt. water
- 8 tsp. margarine
- 8 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 6 c. milk
Directions

1In a large pot, cook potato, carrots, celery and ham in water about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2Drain and remove vegetables, reserving liquid.
