- 2 (15 oz.) cans corn (1 cream and 1 whole kernel)
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 14 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Stir into corn.

3Mix hot milk, butter and eggs.

4Add to corn.

5Grease a baking dish.

6Put all in and then spread cracker crumbs on top.

7Bake at 375° for 35 or 40 minutes.
