  • 2 (15 oz.) cans corn (1 cream and 1 whole kernel)
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk, scalded
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 14 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Stir into corn.

    Mix hot milk, butter and eggs.

    Add to corn.

    Grease a baking dish.

    Put all in and then spread cracker crumbs on top.

    Bake at 375° for 35 or 40 minutes.
