  • 1 lb. can cream-style, whole or 1 pt. frozen corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

    To the corn, add flour and sugar.

    Mix well.

    Beat eggs well and add milk.

    Stir the 2 mixtures together.

    Add butter, which has been melted in a baking pan.

    Bake until golden brown (about 45 minutes at 350°).
