  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 minced pimento

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add milk, sugar and salt.

    Combine corn with other ingredients.

    Add to the milk mixture and mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
