  • 2 c milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 minced pimento (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Beat eggs slightly; add milk, sugar and salt.
