  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix together corn, Jiffy corn bread mix, eggs and sugar.

    Fold in 1 cup sour cream.

    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
