- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 (12 oz.) cans white creamed corn or 4 c. fresh corn, cut off cob
Directions

1Heat butter and sugar in saucepan until butter melts.

2Stir in flour until well blended.

3Remove from heat.

4Gradually add cream, then eggs, then baking powder.

5Make certain dry ingredients are incorporated.

6Combine with corn and pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Yield:
