  • 8 oz. creamed corn
  • 8 oz. whole corn
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Mix eggs, margarine and sour cream. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
