Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except Jiffy cornbread mix in large bowl. Let set overnight or for several hours.

    Before cooking, stir in box of Jiffy cornbread mix.

    Put all in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
