  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • medium onion, diced and sauteed
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 sleeve saltines, finely crushed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 can milk (use can from creamed corn)
  • 1/2 box frozen kernel corn

Directions

    Use some of the melted margarine to grease an 8-inch square pan.

    Mix the rest of the margarine with all of the ingredients. Pour into the greased pan.

    Dot with 3 to 4 pats margarine.

    Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.

    Great as a side dish or starch served with poultry.
