  • 4 1/2 c. corn (3 cans), drained or vacuum-packed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, salt and pepper with corn.

    Add beaten eggs and melted butter.

    Place in buttered casserole and bake 1 hour at 350° or until top is golden brown.
