  • 1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
  • 8 Oz Sour Cream
  • 15 Oz Corn, Drained
  • 15 Oz Creamed Corn
  • 1 Stick Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix, sour cream, both cans of corn, butter and garlic powder. Sprinkle chili powder on top.

    Pour into ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes. The topshould be golden brown and slightly cracked. This is a cross between cornbread and pudding; the consistency of turkey dressing.
