  • 1 package (about 7 To 8 Oz. Package) Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Cream Style Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/3 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Butter Or Margarine Cut Into Small Pieces

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray an 8x8 or 9x13 inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. Combine corn muffin mix, both cans of corn, sour cream, egg, and sugar. Mix by hand until well blended. Pour into the casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until lightly golden brown. Immediately after removing from the oven, top with butter. Allow butter to melt down over the top of the casserole and serve while hot.
