- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Cream Style Corn
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 ounces, weight Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 12 whole Ritz Crackers
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (optional)
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small casserole dish with nonstick spray.

2In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Stir in sugar and corn.

3Place the butter and cream cheese in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Stir into the corn mixture.

4Crush the crackers, and add them to the corn mixture. Stir well, and pour into the casserole. Top with cheese (optional).

5Bake for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to brown.
