  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of the milk.

    Combine with remaining ingredients.

    Pour into an ungreased, shallow, 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted at side comes out clean.
