- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 large or 3 small eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 large can Carnation milk
- 1 can cream-style corn (fresh corn if in season)
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly.

2Add milk and corn.

3Mix again.

4Pour into a casserole baking dish, about 2-inches deep and pour melted butter on top.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.
