- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can large Niblets corn (Green Giant)
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. Season-All
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. instant minced onions
- dash of cayenne or white pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix creamed corn and eggs. Combine sugar, cornstarch, Season-All, dry mustard, onion and pepper.

2Stir into corn mixture.

3Add milk and butter.

4Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 1 hour.

5Stir once after 30 minutes.
