Ingredients

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 can large Niblets corn (Green Giant)
  • 5 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Season-All
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onions
  • dash of cayenne or white pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix creamed corn and eggs. Combine sugar, cornstarch, Season-All, dry mustard, onion and pepper.

    Stir into corn mixture.

    Add milk and butter.

    Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 1 hour.

    Stir once after 30 minutes.
