  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained, or frozen corn, cooked first
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    Beat eggs.

    Melt margarine; add to eggs.

    Add flour, salt, pepper and sugar; mix well.

    Stir in milk and corn.

    Bake in quart size baking dish at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
