- 1 lb. hamburg
- 3/4 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1 small onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 large cabbage
Directions

1Mix hamburg with beaten egg. Add rice, grated onion, salt and pepper.

2Soften cabbage in hot water.

3Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and water. Take leaf of cabbage and add meat mixture. Make rolls.

4Tuck cabbage ends in.

5Place in liquid and cook about 3/4 hour.
