  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten

    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.

    Cool, so it won't cook eggs.

    Add sugar, salt, flour, milk, cheese and corn.

    Stir in eggs.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish in a preheated 350° oven.
