- 2 cans whole kernel corn or 2 c. cooked corn, drained saving liquid
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
- salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and seasonings.

2Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

3Stir in milk.

4(You can substitute 1 cup of corn liquid instead of milk.)

5Stir in corn.

6Pour into 2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam and cover.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
