  • 2 large cans corn, drained
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar and salt; add corn and milk.

    Bake in 2 or 2 1/2-quart baking dish at 350° for about 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pudding.
